P3 are becoming Yoga Bunnies

Mrs Cave has been thrilled with how well P3A have been mastering some Yoga moves.  They can even create their own set of moves for different times, energising, relaxing etc.  Wish I was as flexible as some of the class.

Balanced meal making

On Monday we used the fantastic kitchen  at Sciennes to prepare a balanced lunch. Everyone helped to chop and slice ingredients then we could select the ones we wanted for our very own pasta salad. We took our bowls back to class and tasted them. 

P3 Dance Show

What a fantastic event the P3 Dance Show was on Friday 7 November.  Everybody had worked so hard and learnt a huge amount of moves to dance through the decades.  Strictly stars of the future!! Here is a flavour of the event.

Alan's Magic Roadshow

Today the p3s were lucky enough to watch Alan's Magic Roadshow. There were lots of laughs as well as very important tips about crossing the road safely. Everyone loved singing, watching the magic and learning an important message about road safety.
