Mary Queen of Scots workshop
Primary 5C visited the National Museum of Scotland for a workshop on Mary Queen of Scots.
Upon arrival, we were greeted by her royal Highness, Mary Queen of Scots who had time-travelled to work with us and tell us if her life. She majestically guided us around artefacts relating to her after teaching us how to bow and curtesy appropriately. We learned so much and had a lot of fun.

P5b Launch 14 day challenge
P5b have been learning about the BRAIN,the NEURON and how to stretch theirs, launching the
14 DAY CHALLENGE
Class will each choose a skill they want to develop and over 14 days straight will practise daily, recording their progress and results. We hope to prove that any chosen challenge skill can be improved using a GROWTH MINDSET: (practice, practice, practice makes perfect! )
This success will hopefully affirm the 'BELIEF' in our motto 'BELIEVE ACHIEVE'
Here is a great clip which clearly demonstrates the underpinning research http://youtu.be/hLqT6_1cv00
Please encourage your learner to practise and record their results of their chosen skill but have a great holiday! Adios
